Job summary

The Jonus Group is seeking a dedicated Middle Market Commercial Lines Account Manager to service a well-established book of business across construction, manufacturing, real estate, and property management. The role offers a hybrid work environment with some travel for events and a strong focus on client service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in middle-market commercial lines account management.
• Proficiency in commercial lines coverage and insurance practices.
• Licenses or designations in Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance required.
• Experience with AMS360 management software is highly preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a book of business of ~100 policies generating about $500,000 in revenue.
• Handle policy changes, renewals, and servicing of accounts.
• Collaborate with producers to assist with renewals (no independent prospecting).
• Work on accounts with premiums from $50,000 to $100,000.
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients in construction, manufacturing, real estate, and property management.
• Utilize AMS360 (preferred).
• Attend special events as needed.
