Qualifications

Licenses: Texas Property & Casualty (P&C) License.
Assistant Account Manager: Minimum 1 year in commercial lines.
Seasoned Account Manager: 3-10 years in commercial lines.

Responsibilities

Handle Certificates of Insurance (COIs), endorsements, policy changes, and document management.
Provide backend support, including answering phones and assisting with administrative tasks.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth account management.
Opportunity to take on client-facing responsibilities based on skills and preferences.
Manage commercial accounts from start to finish, including renewal marketing and new business marketing.
Prepare proposals, presentations, and handle billing and invoicing.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring satisfaction.
