Rue Insurance is seeking an Assistant Account Manager in New Jersey to support Account Managers with client servicing and renewal tasks. The role focuses on onboarding, data collection, renewal processing, and ensuring accuracy across client documentation.

In this position you will manage inquiries, assist with billing reconciliations, and maintain the Applied Epic system while collaborating with producers and agency departments to deliver best-in-class service.

Responsabilidades

• Assist Account Managers with overall servicing of client accounts: request and compile pre-renewal client data, request insurer loss runs, create draft proposals and summaries of insurance, invoice transactions and assist with billing reconciliations, review policies for accuracy and request and process changes as necessary.
• Process client policy renewals and remarketing.
• Onboard new clients.
• Follow up on outstanding items, including policy changes, cancellations, reinstatements, and overdue premium payments, and update agency management system accordingly.
• Perform assigned responsibilities in accordance with agency-established client service standards.
• Follow all agency processes and procedures, including Epic Workflows, documentation, and record maintenance.
• Ensure all work product is timely and accurate.
• Provide in-house customer service to producers and other agency departments.
• Evaluate and answer client coverage questions and other client inquiries.
• Handle communication with clients, insurers, Rue personnel, and third parties in a professional manner.
