Job summary

WSR Insurance Services is seeking a Commercial Insurance Assistant Account Manager to support a book of small commercial accounts from new business through renewal.

You will collaborate with Producers, carrier partners, and clients to ensure timely service, accuracy, and strong client relationships within a collaborative team.

Hybrid work options are available, with potential for growth within the commercial insurance team.

Qualifications

• Must have a High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current California Property & Casualty Insurance License in good standing.
• At least two years of commercial insurance experience including account support or management responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively with the Select Business Unit desk to manage daily service needs and keep accounts moving.
• Build positive client relationships by responding promptly and providing reliable day-to-day support.
• Coordinate renewals by gathering information, reviewing coverage, preparing submissions, and ensuring timely updates.
• Handle new business referred by Producers, including applications, quotes, coverage details, and binding.
• Process policy changes, certificates, endorsements, audits, cancellations, and other requests accurately.
