Rue Insurance in New Jersey is seeking a Junior Account Manager to act as a trusted adviser between clients and insurers. You will support an Account Manager and Producer, service clients daily, and help develop lasting client relationships while upholding our best-in-class service standards.

• NJ Property/Casualty/Life/Health licenses as applicable
• At least one year of Commercial Lines Account Management experience
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to multi-task with urgency and accuracy

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with Account Managers to service a book of business including renewals and onboarding
• Process client coverage renewals, obtain data, quotes, and bind coverage
• Prepare marketing submissions and coordinate with Marketing for renewals
• Identify opportunities to educate clients and upsell coverages
• Respond to client requests promptly and professionally
• Maintain client service standards and documentation
• Foster long-term client relationships to support retention goals
• Present additional quotations as requested by clients or team
• Attend department and company meetings
