Job summary

Rue Insurance’s Assistant Account Manager is responsible for client account servicing and renewal tasks to support the Account Managers. The role supports new and existing medium and large commercial client accounts and is integral to onboarding and renewal processes.

The position is full-time, salaried non-exempt, with a salary of $50,000 - $70,000 annually and benefits, including a hybrid work option after 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Assist Account Managers with servicing of client accounts.
• Process renewals and onboarding of new clients.
• Follow up on outstanding items and update the agency system.
• Ensure timely, accurate work product and provide internal support.
• Handle client communication with empathy and professionalism.
• Attend department and company meetings as requested.
