Rue Insurance is seeking a Junior Account Manager in New Jersey to act as a trusted advisor between clients and insurance carriers, supporting an Account Manager and Producer while servicing clients daily and developing strong client-carrier relationships. The role emphasizes outstanding service and advisory support across a book of business.

The position is full-time and salaried, with responsibilities spanning renewals, submissions, client education, and cross-team collaboration.

Formación

• Valid NJ Property/Casualty/Life/Health licenses as applicable.
• At least one year of Commercial Lines Account Management experience.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Excellent organization skills with strong attention to detail.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent customer service mindset and skills.
• Ability to multi-task and complete work with a sense of urgency.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
• Basic computer aptitude and skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of insurance company rating systems.
• Proficiency with agency management software.

Responsabilidades

• Manage servicing of a book of business including policy renewals, changes, proofs of insurance, and onboarding new clients.
• Process client coverage renewals, obtain renewals, analyze changes, prepare renewal proposals and bind coverage.
• Prepare marketing submissions for Rue’s Marketing Department and coordinate through final renewal.
• Identify opportunities to educate clients and suggest new or enhanced coverage to minimize risk.
• Handle client requests promptly, professionally and empathetically.
• Follow agency processes and records retention guidelines.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships to support retention goals.
• Obtain and present additional quotations as requested by clients or team.
• Attend department and company meetings and participate in educational programs.
• Be familiar with E&O guidelines and adhere to them.
