Job summary

Rue Insurance, a leading NJ-based broker, is seeking an Account Manager to serve as a trusted advisor between clients and carriers. You will manage commercial lines accounts (under $25k premium) and support new business and retention goals while delivering best-in-class service.

Responsibilities include renewals, coverage changes, and marketing submissions, with a focus on long-term client relationships and high-quality advisory service.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in commercial lines account management.
• Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage servicing for a book of business including renewals and policy changes.
• Process client renewals and coordinate with insurers for quotations and proposals.
• Prepare marketing submissions and coordinate with Marketing for coverage changes.
• Educate clients and identify opportunities for coverage enhancements and referrals.
• Respond to client requests promptly and professionally.
