Job summary

Advia Credit Union is seeking a Commercial Credit Analyst to evaluate financial statements of loan applicants and monitor risk across commercial relationships. You will prepare credit analyses, assess collateral, and support loan decision processes with a deep understanding of lending policies.

The role requires 3–5 years in Commercial Credit Analysis and lending, with strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

Three to five years of Commercial Credit Analysis experience.
Minimum of three years of Commercial Lending experience.
Knowledge of Credit Union lending policies, procedures, and programs.
Understanding of financial analysis and creditworthiness.
Advanced knowledge of balance sheets and corporate entities.

Responsibilities

Underwrites commercial loan requests by reviewing financial statements and industry trends.
Assesses collateral and its marketability to meet policy guidelines.
Ensures compliance with commercial lending policy throughout the process.
Collaborates with commercial lenders to define credit requirements and risk mitigation.
Maintains and utilizes credit analysis software; trains junior staff.
Communicates effectively with Credit Union personnel and management; prepares reports.
