Qualifications

• Three to five years of Commercial Credit Analysis Experience.
• Minimum of three years of Commercial Lending experience.
• Knowledge of Credit Union lending and collections programs, policies, and procedures.
• Understanding of financial analysis and credit worthiness.
• Advanced knowledge of balance sheets and corporate entities with interpretation of financial data.

Responsibilities

• Underwrites existing and prospective commercial client requests.
• Assesses collateral offered and its marketability for credit relationships.
• Reviews policies for compliance in lending process.
• Collaborates with commercial lenders to define credit requirements and risk mitigation.
• Utilizes and maintains credit analysis software.
• Assists in training Commercial Credit Analyst I team members.
• Maintains effective communication with Credit Union personnel and management.
• Reviews and helps recommend loan approval reports and conditions.
• Maintains professional relationships with members and vendors.
• Accompanies lenders to meetings with commercial members or events.
