Responsibilities

• Develop commercial banking product strategies, value propositions, and roadmaps aligned with business objectives.
• Own the lifecycle of commercial deposit, lending, payment, and related banking products, from business case development and launch through ongoing performance management.
• Analyze client needs, competitive trends, interest rates, technology developments, and regulatory changes to guide product priorities.
• Monitor portfolio performance, including growth, balances, utilization, retention, revenue, margins, and client experience.
• Partner with Finance and senior leadership on pricing strategies, forecasting, rate structures, and profitability analysis.
• Identify opportunities to deepen client relationships, increase product adoption, and support sustainable revenue growth.
• Lead cross-functional product launches and enhancements, coordinating implementation, communications, training, and post-launch evaluation.
• Collaborate with Technology, Digital Solutions, and Operations to improve product capabilities and deliver efficient client experiences.
• Evaluate fintech partnerships and third-party solutions, supporting due diligence, implementation, and ongoing performance oversight.
• Provide product expertise, training, and resources to client-facing teams, advisors, and internal stakeholders.
• Partner with Marketing, Sales, and field leadership on go-to-market strategies, campaigns, and product communications.
• Ensure products align with applicable regulations, internal policies, risk appetite, and governance requirements.
• Work with Risk, Compliance, Legal, Audit, and Operations on product governance, risk assessments, examinations, and remediation.
• Coordinate with other product leaders to support integrated banking and broader financial solutions.
• Present data-driven product strategies, performance updates, and recommendations to executive leadership.
