• Structure and negotiate term sheets and commitments within credit parameters; assess relationships and actions needed.
• Perform due diligence including credit and financial analyses; evaluate creditworthiness and pricing terms.
• Oversee syndicated loans, M&A finance, and project loans; perform periodic credit reviews.
• Ensure timely loan processing and closing; manage account setup and post-lending monitoring.
• Monitor maturing loans and renewals; review documentation for accuracy.
• Ensure AML/BSA/KYC compliance and assist with audits as needed.
• Provide leadership and coaching; review and update departmental policies.
