First Command seeks a Commercial Banking Product Solutions Director to lead the strategic direction and lifecycle of its commercial banking product portfolio, including deposits, lending, and payments. This role works with Bank leadership, Digital Banking, Risk, Compliance, and Operations to deliver scalable, compliant, and profitable solutions for target client segments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
• 7–10 years of progressive banking or financial services experience with significant product ownership responsibility.
• Experience managing commercial deposit and lending products; payments/cards experience valued.
• Strong knowledge of commercial banking economics, pricing, portfolio management, and regulatory frameworks.
• Demonstrated financial acumen with forecasting, pricing models, profitability analysis, and reporting.
• Experience leading complex cross-functional product launches in regulated financial institutions.
• Exceptional executive communication, analytical, decision-making, influence, and stakeholder management.

Responsabilités

• Develop and manage commercial banking product strategies, value propositions, and roadmaps with leadership.
• Own the lifecycle of deposit, lending, and payment products including launches, enhancements, and performance.
• Assess client needs, market dynamics, interest-rate trends, tech developments, and regulatory impacts for priority setting.
• Set objectives and monitor portfolio growth, utilization, penetration, retention, revenue, margins, and client experience.
• Collaborate on pricing, rate structures, forecasts, and profitability strategies balancing value and risk.
• Drive household acquisition, relationship depth, cross-sell, and share of wallet.
