Job summary

First Command is seeking a Commercial Banking Product Solutions Director to lead the strategy and lifecycle of the commercial banking product portfolio within the Wealth Solutions franchise. You will collaborate with Bank leadership and cross-functional teams to deliver profitable, compliant solutions for business clients and advisors.

The role focuses on product design, pricing, and market positioning, ensuring client experience aligns with enterprise objectives and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
• 7–10 years of progressive banking or financial services experience with product ownership.
• Strong knowledge of commercial banking economics, pricing, and regulatory frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage commercial banking product strategies, roadmaps, and value propositions.
• Own lifecycle of deposits, lending, and payments products, incl. launches and performance reviews.
• Collaborate with Finance and Bank leadership on pricing, forecasts, and profitability strategies.
• Lead cross-functional product launches from concept to post-launch measurement.
• Partner with Digital Solutions, Technology, and Operations to deliver scalable product experiences.
