First Command Bank seeks a Consumer Banking Product Solutions Director to guide the strategy and lifecycle of deposit, lending, and payment products. You will collaborate with bank leadership to drive growth, profitability, and a superior client experience for military families and other segments.

You will own product roadmaps, lead launches, ensure regulatory compliance, and deliver data-driven updates to executives while shaping pricing and portfolio performance.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree required in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or related field.
• 7-10 years of progressive banking or financial services experience with consumer product ownership.
• Experience managing consumer deposit and lending products; payments/cards experience valued.
• Strong knowledge of consumer banking economics, pricing, portfolio mgmt, and regulatory frameworks.
• Financial acumen including forecasting, pricing models, profitability analysis, and performance reporting.
• Experience leading complex cross-functional product launches in regulated financial institutions.

Mansioni

• Partner with Bank leadership to develop and manage consumer banking product strategies, value propositions, and roadmaps.
• Own the lifecycle of consumer deposit, lending, and payment products, including business cases, launches, and performance review.
• Assess client needs, competitive dynamics, interest-rate trends, regulatory impacts; translate insights into priorities.
• Monitor portfolio growth, balances, utilization, retention, revenue, margin, and client experience.
• Collaborate with Finance and leadership on pricing, rate structures, forecasts, and profitability strategies.
• Develop strategies for household acquisition, cross-sell, share of wallet, and lifetime value.
• Lead cross-functional product launches from concept to implementation, training, and measurement.
• Work with Digital Solutions, Technology, and Operations to deliver scalable product experiences.
• Evaluate fintech/third-party opportunities; support due diligence and partner performance.
• Provide tools, positioning, training, and escalation support to advisors and client-serving teams.
