Responsibilities

• Cursory review and submission of loan offerings for underwriting.
• Draft loan structures with loan officers, including pricing models.
• Prepare and review Commitment Letters, Contract Letters, Term Sheets, and Loan Narratives.
• Review credit approval forms and ensure conditions match loan purpose/structure.
• Conduct due diligence to ensure completeness of loan offering per guidelines.
• Meet submission deadlines and follow up on pending documents.
• Coordinate with loan officers to keep customers compliant with financial reporting and covenants.
• Maintain customer profiles and manage relations for routine and new requests.
• Support day-to-day credit and loan processing, including tickler reviews and inquiries.
• Prepare data and reports for management as needed.
