Capital Insurance Group is seeking an Underwriting Trainer to develop and deliver training for underwriting staff, including guidelines, policies, and systems. You’ll work with Regional Underwriting Managers to keep materials current and meaningful.

The role requires experience in insurance training or underwriting leadership, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple projects with independence under the Director – Underwriter Development & Audit.

Qualifications

• Degree in education or related field is required.
• Experience in insurance/finance underwriting or 5+ years in training/leadership in insurance.

Responsabilités

• Develop, implement, facilitate and monitor training programs for underwriting staff.
• Create and update training materials in collaboration with subject matter experts.
• Lead cross‑functional training projects and evaluate program effectiveness.
