Job summary

The Underwriting Trainee position at Capital Insurance Group is an entry level role designed to develop underwriting skills. You will complete a 3–6 month training program with the Underwriter Development and Audit department, with promotion potential upon demonstrated performance.

This hybrid role is based in Spokane, WA (and Phoenix, AZ) with three days in the office and two days remote, and a cover letter describing your interest is encouraged. No prior insurance experience is required.

• College degree from a certified university or college; minimum GPA 3.0.
