Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Risk Management and Insurance.
• Minimum 10 years in underwriting, product management or training.
• Professional designations such as CPCU, AU, ARM, CIC preferred.
• Familiarity with Verisk tools and analytics platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develops and leads technical training programs for underwriting.
• Updates materials for guidelines, regulations, and product features.
• Designs insurance products for niche markets and captives.
• Coaches underwriters and measures performance.
• Collaborates with stakeholders to identify training needs.
• Partners with tech teams to implement product enhancements.
