Qualifications

• Degree in education and experience in insurance underwriting or training within the insurance industry.
• Ability to facilitate instructor-led training in classroom and virtual environments.

• Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, facilitate and monitor training activities and programs.
• Create and evaluate training and reference material and assess employee development.
