Job summary

Innova Solutions is seeking a Support Engineer for a 6+ month contract in Iselin, NJ (Hybrid). The candidate will provide L1/L2 support for COLLINE-based collateral management systems, with strong Unix, Shell scripting, and SQL skills.

Experience with Vermeg, SWIFT/AcadiaSoft connectivity, and batch monitoring is preferred. The role requires DR coordination, change management, and cross-functional collaboration in complex banking environments, including disaster recovery exercises.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in financial services and technology domains.
• Proven expertise in Collateral Management (COLLINE) with Unix, Shell scripting, and SQL.
• Experience with DR coordination and cross-functional collaboration in banking environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide L1/L2 production support and incident management.
• Maintain Collateral Management COLLINE with Unix, Shell scripting, and SQL.
• Support integration with Vermeg third-party agents and SWIFT/AcadiaSoft connectivity.
• Perform change management and process optimization for high-quality production support.
• Coordinate disaster recovery activities and DR tests.
• Monitor Tidal batch jobs and assist with automation/release scripts.

Bachelor’s in computer science, Information systems or similar field
