Qualifications

• 10+ years in financial services and technology with production support experience.
• Strong COLLINE Collateral Management expertise and Unix/Shell/SQL proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Provide L1/L2 support coverage and production incident handling.
• Handle root cause analysis, incident management and recovery actions.
• Coordinate disaster recovery exercises and batch monitoring with Tidal jobs.
