This hybrid onsite role in Southington, CT combines client interaction with internal collaboration to deliver timely solutions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between clients, vendors, COCC resources.
• Support client requests, product changes, and implementation activities.
• Manage and resolve day-to-day support cases.
• Conduct client meetings and follow-up activities.
• Gather information, troubleshoot issues, and provide solutions.
• Provide regular status updates and communicate progress to clients.
• Manage and track multiple projects simultaneously.
• Perform testing to validate product functionality prior to implementation.
• Support successful product deployments and client onboarding activities.
