Job summary

RBFCU Insurance Agency LLC is seeking a Collections Specialty Services Team Lead to oversee operations of Bankruptcy, Mortgage, Commercial/SBA and CLA collections, ensuring compliance and accuracy with applicable laws and policies.

The role includes coaching staff, improving member experience, and reporting on performance while collaborating with branches and vendors. Training at RBFCU facility and potential bilingual Spanish/English certification are highlighted opportunities.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and organizational abilities are required with strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively with attention to detail.
• Proven ability to coach and develop staff and manage performance.
• Knowledge of collection processes and regulatory requirements is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations of the Specialty Services Group (Bankruptcy, Mortgage, Commercial/SBA, CLA).
• Coach and develop team members, driving product education, member experience, and employee growth.
• Coordinate daily activities and ensure compliance with policies and regulatory laws.
• Maintain records and performance reporting for all specialty functions.
• Collaborate with other departments, branches, and vendors to strengthen relationships.
