Job summary

The position oversees staff performance, collaborates with Lending leadership, Accounting, Compliance, and Operations to optimize portfolio performance and risk management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5–7 years of experience in loan servicing, collections, or lending operations within a financial institution.
• Prior experience managing employees or teams.
• Strong working knowledge of consumer lending products and collections practices.
• Familiarity with FDCPA and other applicable regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision, coaching, and performance management for assigned staff.
• Oversee loan servicing operations including post-closing review, loan maintenance, collateral tracking, and system accuracy.
• Oversee consumer collections and recovery activities across delinquency, charge-off, and post charge-off recovery.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, accuracy, and controls across servicing and collections workflows.
• Partner with Lending, Compliance, Finance, and Technology teams on system enhancements, testing, and process changes.
