Qualifications

• 1 year of Customer Service experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional coursework in related field a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills needed.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional and courteous customer service via multiple channels.
• Explain billing statements and account activity clearly to customers.
• Process payments and assist with collections-related inquiries.
• Handle insurance, property tax, and sales tax requests and account updates.
• Issue account credits and process service changes as required.
• Record customer interactions accurately and maintain account integrity.
