U.S. Bank is seeking a leader to manage collections activities across multiple areas and supervise Third-Party vendors and call center teams. You will drive performance, compliance, and process improvements while monitoring key metrics and reporting to leadership.

The role requires strong experience in collections, vendor management, and supervisory skills, with a hybrid work arrangement and emphasis on customer-centric financial outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience.
• Five to eight years of experience in collections and financial services industry.
• Two or more years of management/supervisory experience.

Responsabilités

• Manage the collection activities for various areas within the organization as assigned.
• Oversee Third-Party collection vendors to ensure performance and compliance.
• Lead Call Center teams performing inbound and outbound calls for specialized groups.
• Monitor KPIs, vendor scorecards, and call center metrics to drive improvements.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
