Job summary

Qualifications

• Collections experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collect on low-risk accounts to minimize the Bank’s 30+ delinquency rate.
• Assist the consumer in interpreting their financial situation and provide guidance to limit loss.
• Negotiate repayment options with customers on past due accounts.
• Handle inbound/outbound calls to current and past due accounts.
• Maintain documentation and account quality while meeting productivity standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
