Ideal candidates have a high school diploma (associate degree preferred), 1 year in collections or customer service, and strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in collections and customer service.
• Telecommunications industry experience strongly preferred.
• Analytical, deadline-driven, detail-oriented, independent work, strong communication, problem-solving skills; basic MS Office and CRM familiarity.
