Segra is seeking a qualified Collections Representative I for a full-time, hybrid role in Charlotte, NC. The position involves contacting customers with past-due balances to arrange payment and resolve billing issues, ensuring satisfaction and policy compliance.

This is an entry-level role with opportunities to learn collections operations and Segra's policies while working three days in-office and two remote days each week.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in collections and customer service is required.
• Telecommunications industry is strongly preferred.
• Analytical, deadline-oriented, detail-focused, independent, strong communication and problem-solving skills; basic MS Office/CRM knowledge.

Responsibilities
