Segra is seeking a qualified Collections Representative I to join our team in a hybrid role. The position is based in the United States and focuses on contacting customers with past-due balances to arrange payment and resolve billing issues.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, at least 1 year in collections or customer service, and strong communication and problem-solving skills. We offer a robust benefits package and a flexible hybrid work arrangement.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in collections and customer service is required.
• Telecommunications industry is strongly preferred.
• Analytical, meets deadlines, detail-oriented, independent, strong communication and problem-solving skills; basic CRM and MS Office knowledge.
