Job summary

Project Evident seeks a Chief Operating and Financial Officer (COFO) to lead finance, operations, HR, and technology. Reporting to the CEO, you will guide budgeting, forecasting, and governance while partnering with senior leaders to scale the organization.

You will build scalable processes, align program and enterprise functions, and ensure high-impact delivery for client engagements as PE expands into AI-enabled, evidence-driven services.

Qualifications

• Seasoned leader with VP/Director-level experience in operations, finance, and HR.
• Experience guiding growth, system implementations, and process improvements.
• Comfort with client-facing project delivery and multi-stakeholder governance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee finance, operations, HR, and technology under the executive team.
• Define enterprise-wide processes, policies, and accountability measures.
• Budgeting, forecasting, audits, and tax filings oversight.
• Scale resource allocation and in-house outsourcing for rapid growth.
• Prepare finance and operations reporting for Board and Audit Committee.
