Job summary

Qualifications

• Leadership and strategic management experience.
• Experience with financial management and program oversight.

Responsibilities

• Establish a robust accounting and financial management engine to sustain growth and manage complexity.
• Ensure best-in-class support and administrative processes to scale programs and operations.
• Steward a coherent evaluation and learning strategy with data-driven insights for program impact.
• Nurture a diverse, values-driven workforce and lead talent development.
• Provide leadership to merge two organizations into one Pivotal culture and operating model.

Education

Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
