Responsibilities

Lead organizational design, performance excellence, and cross-functional execution.
Architect enterprise metrics, dashboards, and real-time health views for execs and Board.
Design reporting lines and governance to scale Pursuit's operations and programs.
Oversee finance, HR, and operations as Pursuit scales its impact and growth.
Collaborate with CEO and senior leaders to align structure with strategy.
