A leading technology firm in Ohio is looking for a skilled Systems Engineer to support escalated service requests and cloud migration projects. The candidate should have strong experience in Azure, Windows Server, Active Directory, and cloud migration workflows. Qualifications

• 5 years of industry experience, with at least 2 years in a managed services provider (MSP) environment.
• Proficient in troubleshooting and maintaining server environments and networking configurations.
• Experience managing Microsoft Exchange Server and AWS deployments.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize and resolve Level 2–3 tickets in the Engineering Ticket Queue.
• Support cloud migration efforts, including Azure AD configurations and server transitions.
• Ensure high availability of client network and system resources.
