Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of industry experience with at least 2 years in an MSP environment.
• Strong knowledge of Active Directory, replication, DNS, Group Policy, and IIS services.
• Experience managing/setup of Microsoft 365 and GSuite.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize, work, and resolve Level 2–3 tickets in the Engineering Ticket Queue.
• Support cloud migration efforts, including Azure AD/Entra ID configurations.
• Evaluate customer systems to identify performance bottlenecks and lead remediation.
