Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 7+ years designing, building, supporting, and troubleshooting enterprise infrastructure.
• 5+ years leading infrastructure teams.
• Current IT industry certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Infrastructure team and cultivate a service-oriented culture.
• Oversee day-to-day infrastructure operations and service delivery.
• Own architecture design and engineering across the enterprise.
• Partner with business leaders to design scalable infrastructure solutions.
• Define metrics and drive continuous improvement with data-driven methods.
