Job summary

Ocupacao is seeking a Business Developer Manager to join its Cloud & Infra team in Lisbon. You will identify and win new cloud opportunities across enterprise and mid-market clients, defining account plans and managing the full sales cycle with a consultative approach.

Fluent in Portuguese and English, you will work with pre-sales, architecture, and delivery teams to develop proposals, deliver workshops, and respond to RFPs while building strong partner relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience selling IT/cloud services to enterprise/mid-market.
• Knowledge of public/private/hybrid cloud and MSP services.
• Strong English and Portuguese communication.
• Ability to build and manage self-generated sales pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Identify and win new cloud and infrastructure opportunities.
• Define and execute account and prospecting plans.
• Manage end-to-end sales cycle with consultative approach.
• Develop proposals, workshops, and respond to RFPs/tenders.
• Maintain a predictable sales pipeline and accurate CRM.
