Job summary

Everforth ECS in Fort Meade, MD seeks an experienced DevOps Engineer to design, implement, and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure across Azure, AWS, and GCP. The role emphasizes bridging development and operations, optimizing CI/CD pipelines, and applying IaC practices to automate deployments in multi-cloud and on-prem environments.

This hybrid position requires U.S. citizenship, an active security clearance, and strong skills in Kubernetes, Terraform, Ansible, and monitoring stacks.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizen with DoD 8140 IAT Level II Security+ or higher.
• Active Secret security clearance required.
• 5+ years of DoD/IC IT infrastructure experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and maintain immutable IaC across multi-cloud environments.
• Build end-to-end automated deployment pipelines for rapid software delivery.
• Manage Kubernetes clusters (EKS/AKS/GKE) with high availability.
• Establish centralized monitoring and logging across hybrid systems.
• Enforce DevSecOps practices, IAM, and security guardrails.
• Provide technical leadership and mentor junior engineers.
