Job summary

Everforth ECS is seeking a DevSecOps Engineer to support a long-term contract in Mechanicsburg, PA. The role focuses on developing and deploying IaC, CaC, container-based deployments, and CI/CD pipelines to support secure and scalable government-grade software solutions.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience, holds an IAT-2 qualification, and may require a Secret/Sensitive clearance. Strong communication and collaboration across federal teams are essential.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• IAT-2 qualification required; Top Secret clearance preferred.
• AWS DevOps certification or equivalent required.
• 5+ years of experience in CI/CD, IaC, and CaC tooling.
• Experience with secure software development, vulnerability management and incident reporting.

Responsibilities

• Support and mentor in IaC, CaC, container deployments, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Provide systems administration for software across network environments.
• Improve systems administration processes with delivery teams.
• Determine system requirements and configuration parameters for software maintenance.
• Identify and resolve program deficiencies and implement corrective actions.
• Secure computing architecture and ongoing security testing and vulnerability scanning.
