Job summary

Medidata, a Dassault Systèmes brand, seeks a Project Manager to lead client projects in a hybrid NYC role. You will ensure deliverables are tracked, manage scope, timelines and budgets, and maintain proactive stakeholder communication to ensure success across multiple teams.

You will collaborate with cross-functional groups, document milestones, and mitigate risks while supporting sales orders and change requests. Expect travel up to 20% domestically and internationally as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent analytic discipline preferred.
• 2+ years in clinical/biomedical or software development environment preferred.
• Ability to lead project teams and meet timelines.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% (domestic & international).

Responsibilities

• Lead project delivery to ensure that all deliverables are tracked and documentation is current.
• Manage client expectations and communications; ensure overall client satisfaction.
• Manage project scope, timelines, budget and milestones.
• Manage project financials including forecasting, budget, and invoicing accuracy.
• Create and maintain accurate and current project documentation.
• Raise and track work requests to other departments; document minutes.
• Manage issues and risks; drive resolution and mitigation.
• Provide proactive communication to all stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with standard project management methodologies and QA systems.
• Support development of sales orders and change orders.
• Deliver workshops and lead client meetings.
