Job summary

Medidata in New York offers a role for Implementation Consultants to ensure successful deployment and enablement of our software for clinical trial clients. You will translate client requirements into Medidata configurations, adhere to SOPs, and partner with PMs and other teams to deliver high-value solutions.

You will mentor colleagues, contribute to process improvements, and lead engagements from discovery through delivery while adapting to evolving product capabilities and customer needs.

Qualifications

• Industry knowledge of Clinical Trial processes and data management for statistical analysis.
• Ability to translate standards into clinical systems solutions.
• Experience translating software features into real-world examples.
• Ability to work with technical R&D staff to implement solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead configuration or enable customers on Medidata software to translate customer needs and meet requirements.
• Educate on best practices for implementing Medidata's software.
• Create or adapt specifications including functional test cases for configurations and integrations.
• Support less experienced team members with client engagements and ensure quality of delivery.
• Assist cross-functional teams during configuration or implementation activities.
• Resolve issues with different departments and ensure smooth project progress.
• Deliver in-person or remote client workshops and adhere to timelines and budgets.
• Guide customers during enablement or implementation and address questions or issues.
• Follow industry data standards to ensure consistency and downstream processing.
• Communicate status reports to stakeholders on projects.
• Participate in process/product improvements and share best practices.
• Adhere to Medidata SOPs and policies.
• Assist in scheduling professional services resources and deliverables.
• Support Training Group with course materials and delivery.
• Coordinate with third-party vendors for data transfer or integrations.
• Own multiple customer-facing projects and engagements.
• Mentor new employees and AICs.
