Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; college degree preferred.
• 2–4 years of experience in sales, medical or clinical research setting, with patient recruiting experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound patient recruitment calls and respond to inbound inquiries from potential clinical trial participants.
• Pre-screen potential subjects by reviewing medical history and assessing eligibility based on study criteria.
• Process and manage leads from multiple recruitment sources (advertising, databases, referrals, chart reviews, and digital channels).
• Accurately document patient interactions and screening information in CTMS and recruitment systems.
• Schedule qualified patients for pre-screening and screening visits at research sites.
• Maintain timely follow-up with prospective participants to support engagement and enrollment.
