Job summary

Paycom is seeking a Recruitment Manager to design and manage patient recruitment strategies across multiple clinical research sites. The role includes centralized advertising, CTMS integration, and social media management to meet enrollment targets while preserving patient experience.

Responsibilities include collaboration with marketing, local market navigators, and regulatory teams to ensure IRB submissions and compliant advertising across platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, marketing, or related field.
• 3–5 years clinical trial recruitment experience.
• Experience creating and managing advertising media, following IRB processes, and CTMS integrations with advertising.
• Strong leadership and project management skills.
• Data-driven approach with ability to analyze recruitment metrics and trends.
• Excellent communication with management, staff, vendors, sponsors, and providers.

Responsibilities

• Proactively lead recruitment campaigns tailored to study and site needs.
• Collaborate with local market navigators to support recruitment workflows.
• Manage CTMS recruitment builds and integrations.
• Coordinate with marketing for advertising content and IRB approvals.
• Oversee website decisions and ensure alignment with leadership.
