Tekton Research is seeking a Patient Recruitment Specialist to support clinical study enrollment efforts and collaborate with the Recruitment Manager and clinical operations team.

The role focuses on contacting prospective participants, communicating eligibility criteria, and coordinating recruitment activities to help meet enrollment goals while maintaining a professional and patient-friendly approach.

Qualifications

• GED or HS Diploma required; Some College preferred.
• Experience in patient recruitment, clinical research, healthcare, customer service, or related field is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Meet patient recruitment and enrollment goals with Recruitment Manager.
• Make and receive recruitment calls and communicate professionally with prospective participants.
• Understand study eligibility criteria and clearly communicate requirements to patients and staff.
• Explain study requirements and screening-visit information to prospective participants.
• Identify recruitment challenges and communicate solutions to the Recruitment Manager.
• Organize daily recruitment activities and prioritize calls as directed by site staff.
• Maintain accurate communication with clinical operations managers and study coordinators.
