Job summary

Cambia Health Solutions is seeking a Health Care Services (HCS) Program Manager in Salt Lake City supporting the Health Services Operations group. You will direct complex clinical programs, partner with Health Care Services, Data & Technology, and Finance to improve care quality and reduce costs.

The role emphasizes relationship-building, program evaluation, and scalable outcomes across multiple initiatives in a hybrid environment with some travel to listed offices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Health Care Administration, or related field; Masters preferred.
• 5+ years' experience with project and/or program management in healthcare or healthcare insurance operations.
• Experience in clinical area preferred or may have equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan and develop scope, deliverables, resources, budgets, and timelines for new initiatives with sponsors and teams.
• Manage internal/external stakeholder relationships to pursue desired outcomes.
• Lead multi-initiative programs, identify risks and opportunities across workstreams.
• Educate leadership and staff on new program elements, processes, and implementation.
• Maintain data reporting and program assessment; develop supporting documents and plans.
• Collaborate with senior management to develop monitoring and assessment protocols for improvement.
