Cambia Health Solutions, Inc. offers a hybrid Program Manager role across multiple offices including Salt Lake City, Boise, Fargo, Portland, Vancouver, Renton, Medford, Burlington, Lewiston, Little Rock, and Springdale.

The role requires leading complex clinical programs, coordinating across Health Care Services, Data & Technology, and Finance for patient-focused outcomes. Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in healthcare program management, cross-functional leadership, and strong communication

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Health Care Administration, or related field (Masters preferred).
• 5+ years' experience with project and/or program management in healthcare, healthcare insurance operations or other large, complex industry.
• Experience in clinical area preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and develop scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timing for new initiatives.
• Manage internal/external stakeholder relationships to pursue desired outcomes.
• Lead program and project teams to identify risks and opportunities across multiple initiatives.
• Educate and train leadership and staff on new program elements, processes, and implementation.
• Maintain data/statistical reporting and program assessment, and develop program documents and plans.
• Collaborate with senior management to develop monitoring and assessment protocols for evaluation and improvement.
