Cambia Health Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Health Services Operations Program Manager to guide complex clinical programs from inception to sustainment.

You will oversee initiatives, align with cross-functional teams, and drive improvements in care quality, consumer experience, and cost reduction. You will collaborate with Health Care Services, Health Plan Operations, Data & Technology, and Finance to deliver measurable program outcomes and sustainment across multiple workstreams in a hybrid

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Health Care Administration, or related field (Masters preferred).
• 5+ years' experience with project and/or program management in healthcare, healthcare insurance operations or other large, complex industry.
• Experience in clinical area preferred. May have equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsabilités

• Plan and develop scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timing for new initiatives.
• Manage internal/external stakeholder relationships to pursue desired outcomes.
• Lead program and project teams to identify risks and opportunities across multiple initiatives.
• Educate and train leadership and staff on new program elements and processes.
• Maintain data/statistical reporting and program assessment; develop program documents and plans.
• Collaborate with program leaders to develop monitoring and assessment protocols for evaluation and improvement.
