You will direct and organize complex clinical programs, managing initiatives from inception to sustainment while collaborating with Health Care Services, Data & Technology, and Finance.

The role emphasizes care quality, consumer experience, and cost reduction, with a strong focus on building relationships across diverse teams and leveraging AI tools to boost productivity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Health Care Administration, or related field; Masters preferred.
• 5+ years’ experience in project/program management in healthcare/insurance.
• Clinical experience preferred; may have combined education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan and develop scope, deliverables, resources, budget and timing for initiatives.
• Manage internal/external stakeholder relationships to achieve outcomes.
• Lead teams across initiatives, identify risks, and pursue opportunities.
• Educate leadership and staff on new program elements and processes.
• Maintain data reporting and program assessment, and communicate results.
• Collaborate with program leaders to monitor and improve programs.
