Job summary

Cambia Health Solutions, Inc. is hiring a Health Care Services (HCS) Program Manager to lead complex clinical programs. The role emphasizes impact on care quality, consumer experience, and cost reduction, working with multiple teams and vendors.

The position supports a HCS executive sponsor, requires collaboration across Health Care Services, Data & Technology, Finance, and other areas, and offers a hybrid work model in several metro areas. Salary ranges are available with bonus targets.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience with project and/or program management in healthcare, healthcare insurance operations or other large, complex industry.
• Experience in clinical area preferred; may have equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan and develop scope, deliverables, resources, work plan, budget, and timing for new initiatives.
• Manage internal/external stakeholder relationships to pursue desired outcomes.
• Lead program and project teams to identify risks and opportunities across initiatives.
• Educate and train leadership, staff, and stakeholders on new program elements and processes.
• Maintain data/statistical reporting and program assessment; develop program documents and plans.
• Collaborate with program leaders and management to monitor and improve evaluation protocols.
